Madeleine McCann
On 3rd May 2007, Madeleine McCann disappeared from the apartment she and her family were staying in while on holiday, whilst her parents and friends were eating dinner just 50 yards away. Madeleine, from Rothley, Leicestershire, UK, disappeared from an apartment in the Algarve resort of Praia da Luz. She is 4 years old, and has a distinctive “black flash” in her eye, where her pupil runs into her iris. Portugese police have interviewed a number of people, and are working closely with British police. No arrests have been made.
